With over 25 years of surgical expertise and 18 years of experience in medical aesthetics, Dr. Bronaugh is committed to providing beautiful, natural-looking results. Whether as an expert injector or artfully curating personalized treatment plans, her primary focus is providing the best possible results. Continued learning keeps her up to date on the latest techniques and technology to best care for her patients. Everyone has unique desires and needs. Dr. Bronaugh is compassionate and caring, able to truly listen to her patients and discuss their concerns, so she can develop an individualized strategy to help them successfully reach their aesthetic or wellness goals.

Jessica Courtney, RMA

Registered Medical Assistant

Jessica Courtney is a passionate and experienced Registered Medical Assistant and Laser Technician with over 14 years in the cosmetic and aesthetic industry. Known for her bubbly personality and genuine love for helping others, she brings both medical expertise and a warm, personal touch to every client experience.
As a skincare specialist, she is always exploring the latest products and cutting-edge modalities to help clients achieve their skin and beauty goals. Her specialties include laser skin resurfacing, radio frequency skin tightening, IPL, laser hair removal, and microneedling. She takes pride in creating customized treatment plans that leave you glowing with confidence.
With a strong background in healthcare and her own personal fitness, she enjoys working closely with our weight loss patients—focusing on nutrition, overall health, and sustainable wellness. Seeing patients transform from the inside out is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.

Sadie Peltier

Patient Care Coordinator

At Northshore Rejuvenation, Sadie is a vibrant Patient Care Coordinator and contributes heavily to our social media. Her ability to connect personally with patients and develop trusting relationships sets her apart and enables her to provide motivation and welcomed encouragement. Beyond her direct patient interactions, her excellent patient care involves creating educational materials, skillfully taking before and after photographs, and meticulously crafting comparisons for patients to see their beautiful transformations. She has Cosmetic Artistry and Body Practitioner certifications, with experience in cosmetic tattooing and massage therapy.

Sadie’s goals are to keep pushing boundaries, learning new skills, and help everyone shine their brightest.

Originally from Covington, Louisiana, Alexis has excelled in customer service for 7 years and served as Patient Care Coordinator at Northshore Rejuvenation for 4 years. She makes it her mission to ensure every patient feels genuinely welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. She takes great pride in creating a warm, professional environment where comfort and trust are top priorities.

Whether it is guiding patients through their first consultation or supporting them throughout their treatment journey, Alexis strives to make every experience at Northshore Rejuvenation feel personal, positive, and empowering.
